Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be secured within the arranged time frame with full payment. Payment to be made into bank account details as provided on confirmation email. Tariffs quoted are effective as from 1st January 2019 and are subject to change without notice.

Cancel & Refunds

Cancellations received at any time can incur a charge of $27.50 Cancellations within 7 days of check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All bookings cancelled within 48hrs of check-in receive no refund.
